The urge for filmmaking hit Adam young, the night that he saw Pixar’s Toy Story. On that day, he decided he wanted to be a computer animator and doomed himself to a life of geekdom. A few years later, after discovering that he  couldn’t draw anything even the most basic stick figures, Adam realized what he truly loved was telling stories. Then, his brother brought home an old semi-broken DV camera from work for them to play with. Adam had found his true passion. The geek thing happened to stick around too.



After graduating from FSU's prestigious Film School, Adam began working full time as a freelance editor / post guru out of North Hollywood. In between post-production gigs, he works as a director for hire in a variety of mediums. He credits the success of his award winning shorts, web videos, and commercial endeavors on his ability to direct like an editor and make intelligent and economical shot choices.
